Protecting the biodiversity of our oceans and freshwaters requires a more responsible approach to fish and seafood consumption. In the EU-funded project Mr.Goodfish3.0, we are working with scientists, aquariums, and research organisations to develop reliable resources that promote responsible consumption of aquatic products across Europe. The project aims to build an app offering personalized tips, simple recipes, health insights, and practical ways to reduce food waste, all designed for everyday consumers.
