Are you or your organisation experiencing challenges when it comes to diversity ans inclusion? Are you aware that these are important systemic issues, yet are not sure where to start to dismantle unjust infrastructures to combat your institution´s symptoms of whiteness, privilege, eurocentrism and power? Or do you want to identify the root cause of being exclusive both in staff and visitor composition?
As this is a multidimensional illness, the Diversity & Inclusion Clinic cannot promise a quick cure. But you are not alone! You can expect a safe setting to share your pain and support others in their recovery so we can together identify and move towards healthier practices.
The Clinic will have departments for access, content, staff, partnerships and strategy. It will be attended by experienced members of the social inclusion, equity and diversity working group.

5 cases were brought forward and discussed in small peer groups under the care of one "health team member".
Cases included:
- How to get a diverse board?
- How can we support change in an institution / network? Where to start?
- How can partnerships become more equal? Why are key performance indicators on diversity not valued?
- How to create a successful travelling exhibit that will also reach illiterate people? Can this be without language?
- How do we convince curators to write accessible texts?
