August 2016 the Ajax Gallery of Fame opened its doors in the Amsterdam ArenA. Present day Ajax star Davy Klaassen and all time Ajax superstar Dennis Bergkamp were among the guests. This beautiful new gallery shows the highlights of the rich history of the world famous Amsterdam football club Ajax. The gallery brings the “We are Ajax feeling” alive in a unique and fascinating way.

NorthernLight designed and developed the Ajax Gallery of Fame. In the Gallery all important Trophies are on display, as well as a rich selection of Ajax artefacts and shirts. Through videos, photos and audio, the glorious history is told. The Ajax Gallery of Fame will function as the beautiful epilogue to the Amsterdam ArenA stadium tour, but will also be a location for receptions and VIP events.

About ‘The Gallery’

A 360° oval shaped video wall lets visitors travel through the history of Ajax. All important events and periods are presented: the early years, the European dominance in the seventies, the national cups, the Future and the Ajax Women. And of course special attention is paid to the most famous Ajax player all times: Johan Cruyff.

In the middle of the Gallery of Fame, the ten most important trophies of Ajax are displayed. Amongst others, visitors can admire the four Champion’s League Cups and the two World Cups.
