25 small things with a BIG impact

This session will focus on three of Ecsite’s strategic commitments: 21st century skills, inclusion & equity, and health & wellbeing. As we are all still dealing with the effects of the pandemic, how can we take on those challenges in our institutions? Resources are limited, and staff are busy. This session will inspire you with small steps regarding 21st century skills, inclusion & equity amongst visitors, inclusion & equity amongst staff and health & wellbeing that you can integrate in your daily practice. Things that do not require many resources but that do have an impact; a BIG impact. The speakers will share examples that they implemented themselves (with results), and things they learned from others, as well as some untested ideas. In total, 20 ideas will be given by the presenters. Then it is up to the audience: in small group discussions, participants will come up with five additional ideas.

This session is part of the Equity and inclusion conference track.
