Wanted: changemakers for a more inclusive science engagement field
What does it take to be an agent of change and how can we become changemakers as individuals, organisations or networks? We need you to become an active part of the diversity and inclusion movement! We are fast becoming aware that we are neither serving nor representing all members of society in our organisations and despite good will and efforts, we are sustaining social injustice. You will be provided with an introduction and definitive understanding of diversity and inclusion topics to inspire you and your organisation to be changemakers. We will introduce and discuss the Ecsite Diversity, equity & inclusion framework and bring in expertise from delegates to collaborate at this exciting draft stage.
Could your organisation be a piloting pioneer for this framework? Together, we can support a movement towards greater equity, diversity & inclusion across Ecsite and beyond!
