EXHIBITION AIM
Sail or Sink created by Extonian Maritime Museum and Sciecne Center AHHAA is an interactive exhibition for the whole family.
It features 14 hands- on exhibits inslalled in large intermodal containers, where everyone can see, read and experiment with how the forces of nature acta t sea and how they have influenced maritime history.
The visitors are able to generate waves of whirlpools, steer ships through locks, go under water, escape from a sinking ship and much more. Most exhibits have an information panel and touchscreen to display explanations about the natural phenomena and vivid stories from maritime history.
Other technical information
The measurements of a container are 6 x 2,5 x 2,5 m. Crane for unloading of container 2,4 x 2,6 x 6 m and 6 t. Dismantling & Setup time assumes a team of 6 people.
