School Year Program 2017/18
The PSC is organizing a number of workshops that encourage school students’ groups to explore their creativity and help them find out how to use it in their life; all the while enriching their knowledge. In our workshops, students are able to interact with each other and with world around them in an exciting and entertaining manner; they are graduated to have a blast!. the reservation requested by schools according to specific schedule.
Midyear program 2017
The Planetarium Science Center is organizing the Mid-year Program for students of ages 4-22 years old, during the period 29 January to 9 February 2017. Online registration will open on the following link www.bibalex.org/psc/midyear, from 9 January 2017 till all places are reserved.

Summer Program 2017
Since 2005 the PSC has organized the PSC summer Program which includes various activities, experiments, scientific contests, lectures, and shows. Participants are divided into groups according to their ages Each group has a number of schedules from which each participant chooses according to his convenience. The purpose of this program is to emphasize the bond between students and learning by approaching knowledge through fun and games.

Preparations are in full flow for the Ecsite 2023 Conference in Malta hosted by Esplora.
Did you know that each Conference has it's own unique brand identity? This year the team at Esplora have incorporated a key element of Malta's cultural heritage, the Luzzu, into their design.
On Saturday 23rd July, Birgu’s Couvre Porte was decorated with the colours of Esplora as the science festival Esperimenta Tikka Xjenza was held with the main aim to bring the immersive world of science to the community. This festival was the science centre’s latest initiative to showcase that science can be entertaining and accessible to all.

Esplora Interactive Science Centre has always strived to provide a fully accessible visitor experience and the new multisensory room project fully supported by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. will give people with physical, intellectual, emotional or behavioural disabilities an enhanced inclusive experience.
The Kenup Foundation (www.kenup.eu), EDU (medical.edu.mt) and the Malta Council for Science and Technology (mcst.gov.mt) organized a press conference at Esplora on the 14th of April 2022, during which an update was given about their joint ‘Ukrainian Families Adoption’ initiative. The Kalkara offices housing Kenup and EDU staff have been transformed into a residence for ten Ukrainian families fleeing their war-torn country.
When facing challenges of war youth center for science popularization and STEAM education Lviv Open Lab came up with an idea of STEAM camp for youth.
There are a lot of internally displaced people at the moment in Lviv - a city in the Western part of Ukraine where people are coming from regions suffering from war in search for a shelter. One third of those people are teenagers and youth, so there is a strong need to integrate those people into the local community. This is where STEAM camp in Lviv Open Lab takes action.
