Consists of slow and fast regularities, "heartbeats" and "fluttering heart-hertz," harmonies and nodes, musical patterns and vibration units.
The exhibhtion is divided into 4 sections, each provided with several exhibits:
1. Heartbeat: Tempo and measures
Slow regularities, counted per minute, can be organized into measures, doubled and halved just by changing their emphasis.
2. "Fluttering Heart-Hertz": Notes and parameters
Fast regularities, counted and calculated per second, give way to pitches that can be changed according to parameters such as length and tension.
3. Vibrations and Whole Numbers
The aesthetic and mathematical phenomenon of vibration theory. Divide a long string into 2, 3, 4 or 5 segments. Explore Pythagoras, theory and harmony on the Monochord.
4. The perpetual patterns of music making
Music is made up of sounds, measures, tempo and tone colors. Oftentimes, short motives are taken and layered one atop the other, repeated, or varied.
