The EU-funded project RRI Tools is organising its final event in Brussels, Belgium on 21-22 November 2016.
Ecsite is a partner in a proposal on the Horizon 2020 call "SwafS-15-2016: Open Schooling and collaboration on science education" and is looking for eight Ecsite members to join the proposal as Third Parties. Apply by 14 August.

The idea of being "ocean literate" means being well informed about the basic underlying processes and interconectedness of ocean and human health. However, education and knowledge alone need to matched with concrete sustainable action towards a healthy ocean, healthy communities and ultimately a healthy planet.
