A constructive approach to failure is recognised as a key factor in innovative organisations. This session invites you to come and share your experiences of spectacular and instructive failures. What went wrong? How did you deal with it? The format of the session will be a facilitated round table session, designed to draw lessons from failure and to explore new approaches to creating a culture of innovation in science centres.
