How can misinformation be tackled and what can science engagement professionals do about it?

This workshop will focus on sharing outcomes and present a document and case studies for any science engagement professional who is developing or implementing activities or exhibitions that engage the public in science and technology. Participants are also warmly invited to share their own experiences in tackling misinformation and can discuss with peers how they overcame any difficulties (or not), as well as what makes the methods effective and what they changed in practice.
