We warmly invite items for Spokes’ Happenings section (formerly Listings in the Ecsite Quarterly Newsletter). Submitting an item for Happenings is a service reserved for Ecsite members only.

For the upcoming Winter issue of Spokes (which will be released the first week of December 2013), we are asking for the following:

• One sentence about a future event or a new exhibit or exhibition. You do not need to follow a specific theme. Please do not use acronyms in your sentence – write the full names of institutions and events, etc.
• Website URL and/or email address or phone number related to the content you are promoting. Your institution’s name, city, country
• Photos must be high quality (ideally 300 dpi) and include an explanation of its content and copyright/photographer credit. Event or item must be organized, co-organized or hosted by an Ecsite member

Please note that Happenings is a non-commercial listing of interesting events/exhibitions and where to see them. If you would like to market an exhibition for rental purposes, please do so on the travelling exhibitions database, www.extrascience.eu. If your item appears on Extra, please mention this and we will indicate it in your Happenings submission.
