The Planetarium Science Center (PSC) in collaboration with Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AAST) will hold the second local robotics competition in November 2014, “The Robotheca Alexandrina Olympiad (RAO)”. It comprises two categories, the Diver Robot and the Robofight.

The competition will stimulate and engage students in exploring their potential in engineering, IT, science, and math, as well as project management. Participants must have Basic knowledge of electronics & programming.

Specialized judges will assess teams’ performance. Awards will be offered to the first 3 winning teams, best design, teamwork, presentation skills and other skills.
