Exhibition Developer (CERN’s “Quest” programme)
Are you passionate about developing innovative experiences for visitors? CERN’s exhibition team offers an exciting opportunity to develop content for multiple projects including CERN’s travelling exhibitions and new visit itineraries.
CERN’s exhibition team curates three permanent exhibitions at Science Gateway, taking visitors behind the scenes at CERN and telling the story of our universe, with hands-on experimentation for age 8 and up. The team also develops exhibits for guided visit itineraries at 10 locations across the CERN site and also CERN’s travelling exhibitions. The team is the focal point for exchanges with external museums working on CERN-related content and regularly offers objects for loan from CERN’s Heritage Collection.
Upcoming projects include new visit itineraries, a redesign of CERN’s travelling exhibition content and exhibitions marking CERN’s 70th anniversary. Sustainability is built into the tendering process for all new projects and accessibility is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for candidates available to start in October or November 2023.
Application deadline - 10th August
