The United Nations Summit on Biodiversity will take place as part of the UN General Assembly in New York on 30 September 2020.

The theme of this summit is “Urgent Action on Biodiversity for Sustainable Development.”

It will provide a chance to show ambition on biodiversity for sustainable development in the run up to the COP 15 meeting next May.
