On 19 June 2020 Ecsite will host its first digital day exclusively dedicated to business opportunities. Its purpose is not to recreate our yearly Business Bistro but instead to give you the opportunity to find new market opportunities within the Ecsite community and beyond. The day is open for the entire science engagement community, providing you with more opportunities for your business.

Ecsite will broadcast this event live using Crowdcast - our webinar platform of choice, and will promote it to the entire Ecsite community. All the Ecsite business day sessions will be freely accessible to all attendees (even after the event ends) and they will also be made available on Ecsite’s YouTube channel.

These are the business packages we've designed for you:

Travelling exhibitions

• Free for all Ecsite members (first-come/first served basis, only 26 slots available)

With an “exhibitor” package your organisation can get the presence and visibility it needs on Ecsite's Business day & website. You have the chance to organise a session and/or host a company page on our website. Here's our offer:

• €1000 (with 50% discount for Ecsite Full members) - Company page on our website from June until the end of September 2020

• €2000 (with 50% discount for Ecsite Full members) - 30-minute session slot on the Ecsite Business day (19 June 2020). Your session would run in parallel to other sessions put together by exhibitors with this same package. The first exhibitor session slot (with maximum 4 sessions in parallel) opens the Business day on 19 June. The second exhibitor slot (with maximum 4 sessions in parallel) opens the afternoon of this day.  

• €2500 (with 50% discount for Ecsite Full members) - 30-minute parallel session slot on the Ecsite Business day (19 June 2020) + page on our website from June until the end of September 2020

Ecsite will also launch its brand new app at the beginning of June! 

With this app the Ecsite community will be able to network and follow Ecsite events, as well as create its own meetups to follow up on webinars, sessions, brainstorm new ideas or simply enjoy a drink together (digitally for now!). During the Ecsite business day, this new app will enable all session organisers to host follow up networking events via Zoom, for face-to-face meetups.
