A PhD student is sought for a 3-year Horizon 2020-funded project at Science Gallery Dublin and the School of Education, Trinity College Dublin.

​The post will involve mapping the field of European informal science education; this work will be part of a wider project to monitor activities in 19 EU countries and engage learners from disparate backgrounds, including those from geographically remote regions, socio-economically disadvantaged areas, and migrant communities.

The role will involve a combination of field-work and desk-based research and may include wider project tasks such as outreach coordination, attending project meetings, travel, report writing, and dissemination activities.
