With the National Geographic exhibition "Greatest Landscapes" we want to highlight the Museon's status as the Netherlands' most important geography museum. The exhibition shows breathtaking views and beautiful panoramas of the most special places on earth. From the heat of the desert to the barren polar regions, from sharp cliffs to rolling hills. All the photos in recent years have been taken by the best photographers from National Geographic. With this exhibition, we not only want to depict serene scenery, but also the influence of mankind on the landscape - for good and for bad.

The purpose of the exhibition is exactly the same as the mission of the Museum: to inspire visitors to discover our world and treat it with respect.
