2018 is just around the corner and we are all busy building up a promising new year. On our side, we're already planning Ecsite's Annual Conference in Geneva, Switzerland, on 7-9 June 2018.

Our conference gathers 1000+ science engagement professionals from 50+ countries. Meet them and expand your network by hosting a booth at the Ecsite Business Bistro - the social and commercial hub of the conference.
Part coffee bar, part trade show, the Business Bistro is a relaxed environment in which to explore cutting-edge products and strike commercial deals.
Geneva: easy to get to & not as expensive as you think
Nicknamed "the biggest international village in the world", Geneva is a cosmopolitan city ideally situated at the heart of Europe. The city is home to a dense network of cultural and scientific institutions and hosts a vibrant scientific community: world-class institutions such as CERN, the Natural History Museum, the Conservatory and Botanical Garden or the University of Geneva.
Flights to Geneva are very affordable. Once you're there, don't forget that the main conference ticket included in your booth package covers lunches and dinners. Free tickets are available for public transport trips from the airport to the city and a free public transport card comes with most hotel bookings.
All you have to do is find the accommodation solution that suits you. If you're on a tight budget, don't worry: several hundreds affordable rooms have been pre-booked. A dedicated online booking platform will be in place by beginning of 2018.

- Reserve your booth. Booth locations are attributed on a first come, first served basis. Contact the Ecsite events team to pre-book your preferred booth.
- Sign in the Agreement Form (we'll send you a link once your booth number is confirmed). Secure your assigned booth as early as possible by signing this binding agreement between your company and Ecsite.
- Boost your booth! Ecsite participants are a fun and creative crowd eager to get inspired by new projects, exhibitions, techniques, products and services. You will capture their attention by having an attractive and resourceful spot at the conference!
