The Kavli Foundation is offering three free registrations for the upcoming Ecsite Annual Conference.
This opportunity is open to staff of Ecsite member organisations developing public engagement initiatives in the fields of astrophysics, nanoscience, neuroscience, and theoretical physics. Applications will be reviewed by members of the Annual Conference Programme Committee, with the following criteria:
- Priority will be given to applicants who did not attend the Ecsite Annual Conference in the past three years.
- Individual learnings and motivation, as stated in the application.
- Benefits for the organisation, as stated in the application.
- Diversity: the Committee will aim to ensure an overall balance of professional horizons, geographic origins and genders.

Already registered participants can apply: if selected, their conference fee will be refunded.
The registrations offered are full conference registrations, including daily hot lunches, coffee breaks, Gala Dinner and Nocturne. Note that beneficiaries will need to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
This opportunity is open to Ecsite members in order of payments of their 2017 membership fee.
