This gallery focuses on the science and technology used to supply energy in Scotland and the UK and highlights key issues that society is likely to face in the not too distant future. It is the most ambitious exhibition of its kind in the UK.
Our food system faces many challenges and experts increasingly agree that a ‘systems approach’ is essential to guarantee Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) for present and future generations. But what is a ‘food system’, and what does the ‘systems approach’ mean in practice? In January 2016 we were entrusted with the conceptual design for the redesign of the Interactive Science and Technology Exhibition at the ΙΔΡΥΜΑ ΕΥΓΕΝΙΔΟΥ (lit. Eugenides Foundation) in Athens. The following year we were then awarded the design and build contract for the now renamed Κέντρο Επιστήμης και Τεχνολογίας Athena (lit. Science and Technology Center Athena).
