There is Something in the Air....

There is something in the air, but is it love? Science? Or something else altogether?

This Valentine’s Day, Satrosphere are exploring the science of love! Singles, come along to find out if science can explain why you’re single and how to increase your chances of finding “the one”, and for couples, discover the science behind those loved up feelings!

Joining us are special guests Dr Margaret Ritchie from the Royal Society of Chemistry and Dr Graeme Jones from Keele University.

Dr Margaret Ritchie will present “Scents and Scents’ Abilities”, an interactive look at what we sense and how it can impact on our emotions.

Dr Graeme Jones will provide you with the definitive scientific guide to a night out on the town! Discover the reaction dynamics of that “boy meets girl” moment, and explore alchopops with an in-depth analysis.

For loved up couples joining us, get that little bit closer as you take a trip around the stars in our planetarium, and be in with a chance to win a voucher for a romantic meal, a bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolates when you complete our lover’s trail!

Whether you’re looking for love or keen to impress your other half, this unique event is not to be missed!

This is a free event, with complimentary refreshments and chocolates on arrival.

This event is strictly for over 18s and there is no need to book, simply show up from 6pm. For more information, please contact Peter Nurick on peter.nurick@satrosphere.net or 01224 640340.
