SciCo is an educational non-profit organization, whose aim is to communicate scientific issues to the public via innovative and entertaining means. SciCo was founded in 2008 and it consists of scientists, academics, educators, artists and people with an interest in everyday science. SciCo has headquarters in Greece and Cyprus.

Our mission is to:

-Promote the correct popularization and communication of science

-Strengthen the picture of the researcher /scientist in society

-Trigger the interest of young people for science

-Inform the public on questions that concern their everyday routine and are related to scientific actions and discoveries

SciCo has a strong record of accomplishments on developing and applying innovative educational curricula and a strong interest in empowering people via STEM (Science Technology Engineering Maths). SciCo is the founder and organizer of five Science Festivals all around Greece and Cyprus which overall attracts more than 70.000 visitors per year.
