Hear from Keynote speaker Lauren Vargas, who helps organisations reshape their digital ecosystems, how your organisation can reach Digital Maturity. Lauren will talk about future-oriented and community-centred digitalisation strategies that go beyond focusing only on cutting-edge technologies.
ABSTRACT:
The journey toward an organisation’s digital maturity requires a series of micro-digital transformations to chart a path across the digital wilderness. Cutting-edge technology or efficient processes are not enough. Resilient organisations need a “CALM” approach to rethinking ways of working, reimagining their digital ecosystem and reframing their digital community practices and processes.
Lauren Vargas will share examples and approaches for how cultural organisations of any size may become more adept at seeing around corners, asking good questions, challenging old knowledge, and being open to sharing ideas and vision. At the end of this session, participants will better understand how their organisations might take a careful and considered approach to chart their digital transformation.
