The Science Museum Group Journal invites you to join in the worldwide conversation about science, its history, material culture, communication and presentation in museums.
The Journal is published twice yearly, with scholarly articles by both internal and external authors whose work touches on the collections, practice and concerns of the Science Museum Group and the wider international science museum community.
The Science Museum is a catalyst for generating new knowledge, whether in understanding the relationships between science and society now and in the past, developing skills in conserving scientific objects, or researching new ways to display and communicate science.
The Museum feels that this knowledge would significantly benefit the wider scholarly community so research relevant to the activity and interests of the Science Museum Group is free and accessible to all in this online, peer-reviewed journal.
