The project aims to raise public awareness of science and Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) through exhibitions and engagement activities using rare diseases as a focal point. The EMME Summer School is a training programme for science center leaders aiming to build the capacities of professionals working in the field of science communication in the Euro-Mediterranean and Middle East regions.
The 2015 edition is taking place on 5-10 September at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Egypt - register by 31 July.

Ecsite members are invited to rank priorities set in the 2016-2020 Ecsite Strategic Plan. This will feed into work undertaken by the Excsite Executive Committee to translate the Strategic Plan into a two-year Action Plan.
