Science Museum and School: A Cooperation to improve teaching, learning and discovery – European Training Course for Teachers and Museum Explainers, 9th Edition, Munich, Germany, 1-7 December 2013
The course aims to encourage the use of the museum as a teaching and learning resource in science education and to contribute to the enrichment of professional knowledge and expertise in using museums.
GRANADA, Spain – Forty science communication professionals from southern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East will come together for the first edition of the Euro-Mediterranean and Middle East Summer School of Science Communication (EMME) to drive development of new science communication endeavors in their respective countries and regions.
This multicultural effort, motivated by a passion for science communication without borders, is the basis for EMME which will be held at Parque de las Ciencias in Granada, Spain from 22 to 27 September 2013.

This call aims to identify a maximum of 17 Ecsite members who will host and facilitate discussion games (PlayDecide) tailored at young people in September-October 2013 as part of the EU funded project INPORFOOD.
A maximum of 17 Ecsite members will be selected to run at least 4 discussion games in their science centres with young people as participants (aged 14-21).
