Dear colleagues,

Many great sessions have been submitted and the programme committee went through the tough job of selecting those that will be presented at the 2019 Ecsite Conference in Copenhagen.

New this edition: all sessions have already been assigned a room and a time slot.

Speakers and convenors of the sessions that were accepted or accepted with conditions have been instructed on their next steps. They need to:

• Check that their public profile on the Ecsite website is accurate and complete;
• Follow the remarks given by the ACPC and refine their session description online. The deadline is 24 January 2019.

Abstracts will then be “frozen” and edited by the Ecsite team. The conference programme will be launched with the opening of online registrations on 13 February 2019.
