The UK Cancer Research team is looking for a Health Media Officer to join their team.

If you are interested to work for the UK's largest Cancer Research charity, here are some of the tasks needed for this role:

• Draft comms plans, press releases, pitches and assist with press conferences to publicise CRUK initiatives   
• Manage journalist relationships, specifically with health correspondents/editors at national papers  
• Monitor performance of coverage and media campaigns, and develop evaluations to update internal stakeholders as appropriate  
• Liaise with comms colleagues on the development and roll-out of health stories/campaigns to ensure the right channels are used and the right audiences are reached
