This year's edition will reward the outstanding achievement of women entrepreneurs who have brought an innovation to market, along with a new category for young talent, the Rising Innovators award.

The contest is open to women who:

1. have founded a successful company and brought innovation to market

2. benefitted from Research and Innovation funding from the public or private sector

Apply by 3 November

An independent high-level Jury from business and academia will examine and select the winners, who will be announced in March 2017.
