The Ecsite Annual General Meeting is coming to a close in Ljubljana, Slovenia and we are pleased to announce the new appointees to the Ecsite board, commencing on 1st July 2024.

The Natural History and Science Museum of the University of Porto (MHNC-UP), Porto, Portugal represented by Maria João Fonseca, Head of Communication & Director of the Hall of Biodiversity was re-elected to the board and re-elected Vice President.

Several Trustees were also elected:

Cité des Télécoms, Pleumeur-Bodou, France represented by Aude Bosquet- Barth, CEO and General Secretary of the Foundation Cité des Télécoms

Heureka, the Finnish Science Centre, Vantaa, Finland represented by Mikko Myllykoski, CEO

Additionally, the following Trustee was re-elected:

Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias, Valencia, Spain represented by Miriam Atienza Fernández, Content Manager

Following the Annual General Meeting, Amito Haarhuis, Director, representing Rijksmuseum Boerhaave, Leiden, Netherlands was re-elected to the position of Treasurer.
